Is there a fax number I can have some info sent to finish my application? We haven’t had mail service all week .
I have an appoinment with the SSA in order to present my supporting paperwork. I was told that would be good.

You apply online you will need the date and doctor that diagnosed you but it will be alot easier if you have a attorney representative other wise you will get denied
