I had a neighbor who went here for utility assistance and they never helped her...she got put out of her home waiting on them to call her back to let her know if they were going to assist her or not...they called her 14 days later

There's a place called Missouri Valley I believe it's on 4th and Kentucky here in Sedalia they help with electric bills but I'm not sure if they will help with an out-of-town one
