It is well water, but we have a community softening system. I purchased a water testing device and the water does test at an acceptable level. My only issue is that it leaves spots (calcium or lime...not sure which) on the sink and countertops if you don't wipe them dry.
I drink from the tap, not great water but it's definitely safe. Been living in the community for almost a year, wish my neighbors would be quiet once in a while.
It's well water. Spent 23 years living there only thing I can suggest is make sure you have a water softener and there are some great local businesses that will install for you
Community well, decent water but would still have a water softener or treatment system. I've lived in HM a year and a halfish, no issues. Pretty quiet in my corner. I like it so far.
Hello, Sandy- Yes, we do have well water. Our water is tested by a 3rd party professional service weekly and always tests above governmental standards. We meter our and charge the same fee as the local municipality. Many residents get water softeners, but it is entirely up to you! -Hartland Meadows Ownership
Well water but rates are insane for the bare minimal treatment they do to the water especially when it used to be part of the lot rent and now it's an additional cost.
