Hi, Chris- We treat our own water and have it inspected more regularly than required by law. You can stop into the clubhouse anytime you'd like to view a report on our water quality from our third-party company who monitors it for us. It depends

It is well water, but we have a community softening system. I purchased a water testing device and the water does test at an acceptable level. My only issue is that it leaves spots (calcium or lime...not sure which) on the sink and countertops if you don't wipe them dry.

Just call the office and ask I believe it's Mother's Day weekend this first one. And don't ask why they pick that day because nobody knows
