Hi, Chris- We treat our own water and have it inspected more regularly than required by law. You can stop into the clubhouse anytime you'd like to view a report on our water quality from our third-party company who monitors it for us. Because they are under no obligation to treat the water anymore than the minimal standards requiring them to do so. All residents at Hartland Meadows are stuck paying for the low standard of water provided to them. The water comes out of a community well so it's FREE to Hartland Meadows yet they charge more than city water pricing to the community.
Wish I knew it is quite bad very cloudy bad taste smells and leaves a white buildup I believe it might be calcium
