We ordered extra crispy and it was soft and soggy. The run out of chicken often.
The staff memebers were nice a lady at drive thru tho popped an attitude lke hey you messed the order up

Only problem Ive ever had is they are out of original chicken so I have to pick something else or wait. I usually wait.
