NOT INCOME BASED HOUSING Too much drama between tenants, and management vascilates between heavy handed and "hands off". First year I lived there they raised all rents $45. There have been 2 incidents between crazy neighbors that have ended up in court. I loved yhis place for a SHORT time and then I MOVED!

They make uo their own prices as they go and they raise the rent by 45$ every 2 years so far. Some people are paying more than half of what they bring in. They are afraid to do anything because alot if them are without family
I believe it's based on you're monthly income.
Apts are NOT based on income - considered "affordable" housing. Rent starts around $675.
The lady in the office has never answered once since my mother in law has been there. The only way to get to talk to the office staff , is go there, if still not in , leave a note .
