All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges on any tickets.
I agree with Jacqueline Kennedy. Call the box office, get the answers straight from the theater. They are very easy to talk to and very helpful

They are really good people. Call and speak with someone.
Generally, all sales are final. But if you have special circumstances, I suggest you call to work something out. You may get a credit instead of a refund.
They have made accommodation. Case by case basis.
