You can pick them up in the lobby the day of the event (Will Call).
I've never had tickets mailed to me. They will hold your ticket at the reception desk for the day of the event. If you have any questions you can call the theater, they are very helpful.
Just An FYI, they have free covered parking, sell refreshments, and the plays are awesome! I have never been disappointed. Enjoy!
