No. $16 early bird parking is across the street at millennium/lake front parking. We spent 3 hours at the park and it cost us $30.
No free parking. The best parking deal u will get is if u park it on the street and pay the meter. Make sure you put the receipt on the dash board cause they will ticket you hard.

No, I'm not sure if there's any of free parking anywhere near that area for miles, all that I can possibly think of is either parking meters or parking garages.
Well, it is difficult to find a roadside parking which is free but if you can't get a place there then you'll have to go for underground parking which does cost hourly.
