Well basically the management needs to be told about these young people and how they treat their customers if they cannot get with the program within the next day then they'll see them unemployed.
It's just a sign of the times!!! Minimum wage= poor customer service!!! We lost all respect for adults in this country!!!
This is for questions you wrote a review.
Yeah but bolingbrooks managers don't care either. Asked 3 different fir direction to specific product since it has been changed around, one turned his back and walked away, two just kept talking and one said how would I know. Went to service desk and asked for manager and told her what happened and the look she gave me I asked, do you even care, abs she said no. Haven't been there since.
1. This is the area for questions, not reviews. 2. This is the page for the shopping center itself, not a particular store. Ergo, no one knows what store you're referring to with your comments. Of course, since almost no one will see it and it'll have no effect on their rating, that's really a moot point.
Google asked me to provide an answer to this. Some people just take jobs because its available at the time they need one not because they actually like working there. Best thing to do is just shrug it off, I mean they didn't keep you from getting the product you wanted? Surely you didn't come there just for customer service, you came to buy a product and leave.
It was Bolingbrook. I go there often because I live 5 minutes away. I'm in line get right across from her and I say,"hello". She says nothing. So I said, "what's a matter, don't you like your job?. I'm just scanning. I look at another one as I'm leaving, no smile, looks like she is mad at the world.
which store or what department?
Right
