The one star represents the Medical Assistant who took my son’s vitals. We had a 7:30 pm appointment. Got there on time only to sit in the room until 8:15 when I decided to go and ask how much longer before my son would be seen. That’s when I was informed that Dr.Tara or whatever her name is was running behind and it would be another 20 mins before my son would be seen. Not to mention as I was talking to the nurses the provider walked up and never said a word! No “I apologize” “ sorry about the wait” NOTHING! I’ve been a MA for almost 15yrs and I’ve never seen anything like it! It’s unprofessional to just leave patients sitting in the room and not keeping them updated on what’s going on. And next time clean up the strands of hair laying all over the window seal. Again, thanks to the MA, the nurse who explained what was going on and the provider who was searching the next day schedule for an appointment. Dr.Tara…patient care is everything! Get it together!!

Its just so unprofessional, does not matter what time your appointment is at, you wont get seen until one or two hours later, not only that they have literally forgotten us in the room 2 times already, im done with this place

VNA's Health Center in Bolingbrook is open every day of the year including holidays from 8:00 - noon for Family Practice.
