There is no studio. But all are one bedroom. This place has new owners and the price keeps going up I have heard from other residents that the are paying anywhere from 550 to 700. Is a very quiet place to live

I have lived hear for over 15 years. I dont know where they are hiding 2 bed room apt. There are two houses on the property. One is the old manager house. It has two bed rooms and an office. That you can call a bed room. So technically. It could be a third. Bedroom. The other house. Is a two bedroom. Both are rented all the time. The conplex has one bedroom apt. For rent. There are no 2 bedroom. Apt. For rent. The complex is quiet. The people are nice. This is a good place to live. They are investing in upgrading. There is a club house kind of. Most of it has been turned into an apt. There is no problem with bugs here.the old manager had it sprayed regular. The new owner does the same. The place is clean .

Do you pay your own utilities and water, cable

Yep trying to keep out the riff raff and druggos. There is 1 2bd and 1 3bd also the 1 bedrooms come in different sizes.
