No! No! No! This was the first place I came to after released from the hospital. Most of the nurses, CNA's and respiratory therapists were nice. Physical Therapy was to be desired. But the doctor I had! Im surprise I lived long enough to get transferred out. He got my meds wrong and instead of looking into it he pushed colonapin which made me drugged up and sleepy. My husband had to drive 3 1/2 hours from hime to find out what was going on. He proceeded to say he must have missed that medication and finally ordered what was correct. He also didnt order my labs to be redrawn when they came back questionable. I just really didnt like this place at all. I transferred to Surprise Health and Rehab and was very happy with my care.

currently Monday - Sunday 9 am -noon and we reopen at 1pm to 6pm please call to make sure that visitations have not changed and that your loved one is able to have visits
8am to 7pm please keep in mind shift change is at 6am and 6pm
