Questions & Answers

I am age 69 on limited income looking for place to live, ASAP. Please let my know what rent is and if you have anything. Thank you.

I asked to be put on a waiting list and they were very accommodating in doing so. I also know that they require $350 deposit along with the ability to have your income be that of at least 2-3 times the amount of rent (at time of my application was $640.00). From my understanding they only have one bedrooms but I believe they have two different layouts to choose from as far as size. Also at the time I was there (March 2019), they were having approximately 2 apts becoming available. Please know, I am not employed by them in any way. Like you, I need an apartment immediately. Another helpful reason you would want to be put on the waiting list is their ability to accommodate people on gov't income. Meaning that if it does not arrive by the 1st, they will work something out for u. Again, please call for more specific info.. Things change from month to month. Best if luck to you, I know it will all work out just fine.

Did you say that age 50+ here? What about if disabled in any way or low income? Thank you

I have lived here for 15 years. Yes it is 50 plus. But they do make acceptions. From what I have been told in any 50 plus community they allow a percentage of people under 50 to live there with out loosing there charter. So yes Evan though it is 50 plus they do rent to under 50 . We have new owners so I am not sure there policy's. I would say to stop in and talk to them. They seem to be very nice people

Do you have Apts for section 8 clients? Or low income clients? Please advise. Thank you for your time.

Yes it is low income, however I think you have to be 50 or older.

There is no studio. But all are one bedroom. This place has new owners and the price keeps going up I have heard from other residents that the are paying anywhere from 550 to 700. Is a very quiet place to live

I know the place very well, and the new owners have spent a lot of money on cleaning the place up and maintain it clean
