Went in at 6:30am to buy a BBQ pit (assembled), when I took it to the car it feel apart.
I had to wait an HOUR for customer service to open. Is there an easier way to make an exchange. For a 24hr store there should be ways to make things easier

If customer service wasn't open, a manager could've exchanged it for you.

Yes I understand your situation im sure you werent the first or last person this has occur. But by now something needs to be done to correct it.
