Even if you go talk to manager they either say i don't know or its on line..or its no longer for sale. Or look at you like you changed the price. Or big one I'm sorry but i don't know I'm busy go to information.. Hey i thought thats what i wanted in the first place.today got another one.. Asked so this would all be 1/2 off christmas sales of reg. Price. Said that's the price yellow ticket. But it says on that big ol sign 1/2 off at register. ...YES... ..OK THEN IM HERE AT REGISTER 1/2 OFF. NO. DO YOU WANT IT OR NOT ..? THEN SHE PUT IT IN A BOX WITH REST OF OTHER THINGS. EVEN BEFORE I SAID YES OR NO. HEY I LOVE WALMART BUT THIS IS RIDICULOUS.PLUS THEY IGNORE THE PHONES.WALMART DON'T PUT YOUR PHONE NUMBER IF WERE ARE TO BE IGNORED.. THANK YOU...

I ask the first employee I see they always answer
You walk up to any register or customer service and ask for a manager 💁♀️🤷♀️ They are always happy to help to the best of their abilities.
Eaither there dealing with an over flow of customers an are preoccupied for short amount of time but u can try calling at a different time of day or they are being rude do to busyness an ignore the phone depending on the department
sometimes they aren't qualified to answer your question
Have you tried calling and speaking to a manager or someone on the sales team like electronics? It is a big store and out of touch will people.
