Staffing issues like all other places out there. One person for two or more departments. But you can see store staff doing they're best for the customers on in-store shopping.. Just keep trying or go online. Good luck.

Keep calling eventually someone will answer. Or go in ask to speak to the Manager. Ask the manager what is the number for this store. Dial it immediately. If no answer. Ask manager what number can i call to actually have someone answer so you can get assistance.
