There is a open dumpstation next to the RV Park 40ft will fit, if you are planning to stay the night at the RV Park you can get a full hookup
The dump station on Le Sage should accommodate a 40 ft trailer, if you're talking about 40 ft total. We've seen plenty of travel trailers between 20 and 30 ft (being pulled by trucks) pull through the dump station with no problem. There's two pass-throughs at this station, but it's only open during business hours (I believe 8am or 9am - 5pm) and gated off and locked at night.
I'm talking about dump station on le sage. Thank you Rick. I was asking for a friend who plans on staying at the Dunes . I wasn't sure if he could get in there or not I know my 19ft fits with ease. Much appreciated

NO NO NO The spaces are so tight and the tiny roads to get to the spaces is tough for most vehicles to get to and park.
