Came here as little girl(now I'm 53) and wanted to come back. Nice quiet and clean park and short walk to the beach. Love Pismo and will definitely stay at Le Sage Riviera again.

The staff is super friendly.. this park is super clean .. the spots are tight and their are no fire pit here.

Pro: Easy walk to beach, walking trail, and restaurant. Con: Being told your rate went up since initial booking upon check-in with absolutely no notice. Extremely poor business practice. Also, if your site is in second row in front of wood retaining wall in front of staff sites, be careful pulling in those sites if you have a rig over 18 ft as swing of rig could hit wall as it's a tight turn. Other campers told us they watched a few other rigs hit the wall. Staff neglected to inform us of this. Signage would be a simple fix for this.

There is a open dumpstation next to the RV Park 40ft will fit, if you are planning to stay the night at the RV Park you can get a full hookup
They're a place to get water at the dump station down the street fil and go.
I don't believe they have restroom and showers open due to covid. Nights range from 65 to 75
Yes. At the park you can hook up & next door, the dump station opens up during the day. Currently, it is free.

Greetings, Thank you for your interest in a reservation at Le Sage Riviera. We do offer a monthly rate for our guests. Our rates can be found on our website. Guests can stay for a maximum of 6 months, and must checkout of the park for at least 7 days before being able to check-in for another reservation. We do not offer residency in our park. We accept RVs up to 10 years old. RVs between 10-20 years old are screened for condition by sending photographs. Our prices vary by date and site size. We recommend that you look at the price list on our website (www.lesageriviera.com/rate), or call our office and someone will be happy to answer your questions.
Yes! We are pet friendly park, and have a pup potty area in our park. While Le Sage Riviera considers itself a pet-friendly environment, our insurance carrier has required that the following dog breeds, or mixes thereof, not be allowed in the park: Pit Bull breeds, Rottweiler, Chow, and Wolf Mixes.
Yes, you must bring your own grill.
