When you're in the drive thru you open the bag and look if everything is correct before you leave the window any idiot would do that
No actually they never awnser their phone and do not have voice mail or answering service. I learned about this after i got home from the drive thru with a messed up order and didn't feel like driving all the way back across town so I called the listed number. I thought it might have changed and looked at the receipt finding the same number. When i returned i asked about it and was informed the only number they awnser they are not allowed to give to customers its for employees only. Sorry i am guessing your order was incorrect and you tried calling as i did.
I'm one who doesn't look at times. Which I need to check 4 that n receipt. You can call corporate office look at back of receipt their might b survey for web site, take foto of order n send it to corporate office or take to manager at local store. Call better business bureau complain. Companies such as these want ur business so they will usually reimburse with a burger maybe not full order never tried that. Best of luck.
