All of their items are fantastic. Better quality than I have found any where else. They can provide you with the cuts you want, just ask.
They have some of the best cuts a have seen in the knoxville area. The quality is great. They may have dry aged filets if you ask. They will have what you need for filets whether you want choice or prime.
