My regular processor was unable to take my deer so I took it to this guy. I went to throw some of the steaks he butchered for me on the grill last night to find bone fragments covering the meat (he left the bone in on some cuts). Not to mention there has been fur on every piece of meat- steaks, backstrap, burger, etc. I could go on but I hate reading long reviews myself so I'll stop. Definitely would recommend avoiding this processor.
