Employees are friendly. Prices a lil high but not too high. I go there every so often for certain items you can't find in other stores. Parking isn't the best.

Yes, this is a CO-OP. You get food from any farmer that gives or sales with Three Rivers. Go to service desk and get information. My daughter is Vegan and buys only from Three Rivers. Ask and you will get everything you need. My daughter even picks directly from the farmers.☺️
It's locally sourced + organic and/or grassfed in most cases, so it costs more than beef you'd buy at a regular grocery store, but it is reasonably priced for what it is. They also often have bison. 🐃
Masks are required and people seemed to actually wear them when I was there unlike a lot of other places in town where only some people wear masks
No membership, but if you wish to join you may do so at $25; yearly. You'll recieve 10% off quarterly I believe, save 10% on case quantity and have access to the best fog city macaroni ever. Although you do have to wrar a mask AT ALL TIMES no eceptions and they will yell at you if you don't comply .. :-)
The hot bar varies in options from day to day so that may be a possibility. I would suggest checking daily or before you go there as again, it changes frequently.

I suggest calling directly to inquire, since they may stock the herbal supplement, but might pissibly be out of it. They do offer a very wide variety of herbal health supplements.
Contact the shift manager and they will arrange meals from their food bar every day and deliver. They make the most delicious food and they covered five days for me when I had surgery. Three Rivers is organic and the best.
I have seen them for sale before. I'm pretty sure that they'll have them now.
I don't think there's ricotta at all. But I've asked them about ordering before & they said they would.
