Phenomenal store however the last time I went in I could not find a just a single one roll of paper towels or toilet paper it was all in six packs or more both toilet paper and paper towels interesting huh?

Just did my weekly grocery pick up using Kroger Pick Up. This is the 2nd week in a row I have had to return to the store due to things being charged to my card but was not in the bags when I did the pick up. We also had items they said they didn't have but when I went in the store they were on the shelf. I returned to the store to get my chicken that I was charged for but did not receive. I asked to speak to kroger pick up manager as this is a recurring issue. Some how another customers oder got put under my number and we did reject that order when they tried to give it to us(didn't think anything of this encounter). Until I was speaking to Miranda the pick up manager about my chicken and showed her my receipt. She looked at me with disgust and attitude and said oh this was the EBT order. I said no ma'am I am showing you my receipt and it shows I paid with a visa. The order they tried to give us was apparently paid for with EBT. Good thing that mother didn't come in the store to be met with this managers rudeness about how she paid for her groceries. I have never seen a store treat a customer this way. This pick up manager needs sensitivity training and shame on her for treating people this way!

My code didn't Want to work for my Kroger account. The boy just kept trying it and it didn't give me my credit codes for what I bought and I called them and they said to bring my receipt back in and they would help me. The hold store employees tryed to help me. They have a lot of super employees. Thank you all Shirley A.Hammock
