FoundCare is an outpatient primary care facility. We offer pediatric and adult primary care. It is best to schedule an appointment by calling 561-432-5849. We accept most health insurance, and offer a sliding fee discount based on household size and income for those without health insurance. If you have health insurance, you should check with them to see if FoundCare is in their network, or if you can get assigned to FoundCare before you go for your first appointment. Every insurance works differently, so it is good to check with them first.
Yes of course, it is open to the public and very good. but it's not a hospital it's a primary ambulatory care center
