Yes of course.
FoundCare offers a sliding fee scale based on household size and income. Anyone can be seen--regardless of insurance status. If you have insurance, we'll need your insurance card. If you'd like to be assessed for the sliding fee scale, just let them know when you make your appointment, and they'll tell you what documents to bring with you.
