Yes. Older vehicles are around $3, newer cars with computer chips cost up to $100 and there's only some that can be made outside the dealership. If your ignition key opens the door, however, they can make a spare that will open the door, but won't start it, for around $3-$5. They cannot make new keys if the original is broken, south fork around the corner for that.
