Where the hell are the park rangers? Never see them around when you need them at all really been coming here for 4yrs and havent seen anybody.

They show up when you least expect them. Park rangers check for fishing licenses. Other than that, Phila police handle any problems.

I'm strictly So.Philly growing up and spending the majority of my childhood there. Philly's finest ALWAYS cleared the park at dusk. They cleared the many families and children and watched as many walked home to closeby housing or on PTC (before Septa) Rangers on horse, once in a blue moon.
