Will FDR park still be open to the public for recreational activities during the Philadelphia Flower Show 2021? I'm especially interested if the tennis courts will open and whether parking inside the park will be available, need to carry equipment

The park is open, the tennis courts were open and other areas were open. Parking is crowded but still available. I don't think inside parking is available but the lots on Pattison are open of course, but is $20 to park.

Which exit would I use to access the lot under I-95, Exit 17 (611/Broad) or Exit 19 (76/Packer)?
