Union Square Green Market has beautiful Carrots, they had fresh herbs, peppermint, purple basil I have not seen, however, there is a variety of fresh herbs. All the best.

Yes...but it depends on the seasonality of basil & carrots. Have gotten the purple basil from Norwich Meadows this year...but not carrots yet.
