Its basically always open given they have camp grounds there. The limitation would be on getting there. We anchored off shore on our sailboat. Went there a couple times during evening without issue.
The park is open 7 days a week. The ferry over to the island is open from 10:00 to 5:00. That's what it was when we went. I really don't know if they are going to extend the hours because of summer.
Is the ferry for foot traffic only or is it for your vehicle as well?
Everyday and the last boat that pick up people from de island is at 5 pm. Beautiful place.
