Purchasing our carpet was easy; we went TO Bargain Bob's and found what we wanted on the roll at the warehouse. We could see the carpet lots better on the roll than on a sample card. Two guys showed up on time wearing masks - great! They went to work taking out old carpet and pad, cleaning, and then installing the new carpet. The job went smoothly and the install was great; friendly competent installers! KUDO'S to Alex and his install crew for a job easily and well done. One happy customer

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU USE THIS COMPANY. I AM SPEAKING FROM MY HEART BECAUSE I SPENT COUPLE THOUSANDS WELL. THE WORKERS HE SENT TO MY HOSE WERE SOME INEXPERIENCED WORKERS WHO WAS NOT ABLE TO PROPERLY EXECUTE THE JOB I happened to have contracted this company to do carpet work for me and oh my the owner was quite helpful. He is humane however he needs to get trained installers. I happen to have had a very large master bedroom that was upstairs to be carpeted. The persons he had was some young guys early 20s. Firstly, after I saw their work I was told that the carpet was too heavy for them to bring upstairs resulting in them having to cut up the carpet. THe carpet I purchased was some higher end carpet. I made several calls and several trips to the owner, took pictures and in the process he sent Pete several times. Initially, Pete was accommodating but I guessed he was tired of it so he told ANdy I think the name that the job was done properly. To date every time I pass particular areas in the room you can tell where the carpet was joined. He actually gave a discount on the job after about 5 additional visits by his workers but looking back I should never have accepted it. This company should have been held liable until the job was perfect even if it had meant going to the court with them. My advice to anyone that needs a carpeting service is not to use this company. Customer service is good but that's not all, you will not be pleased with the job. Probably if you are doing a little job with not expensive carpet you can use them
