Minors can attend the same programs with adults, but need to have a waiver signed by their parents, acknowledging that this can't count as "Professional" training until they are 18 and have completed high school. Once they hit 18 and finish high school, they can trade in their Certificate for a Professional Certificate.
They've taken pre-teens but have to have a meeting with the Chef. Just some basic safety and basic understanding of knives, boiling water etc.
