There are no parking restrictions at the Boynton Beach station. People leave their cars there for weeks (I assume they took the train to the airport) and I have seen no ticket or notice on their car. I have left mine for the weekend a few times without any issue.
You sure can do that. In fact many people do that on a regular basis. Not sure about the identification part though. May be you can ask one of the onsite staff.
