They are a great company and will help you, but you have to keep in mind that ever case worker has a bunch of people they are helping. But you help you call them ask your case worker how do they like to be contacted (calling, email) and stay on top of them
The place is going through changes with Staffing different policy for programs and stuff that they don't let you know about until you actually spent wasted half your day there
They switch up personal a lot you may have slipped thru the cracks but the more you stay on them the better. Always ask for a time frame. The "if I don't hear back by such & such, when would be best to call back" method is something good to implement.
