The clerk who answered the phone was incredibly rude. I was kind and asked him 4 pointed questions on 2 services they provide (notary and document printing). His answers were snarky, curt, and unkind. I have done business with UPS stores around the country for the past 20 years and have never encountered such a rude person ever. I enjoy most of my interactions with UPS and do not understand why this person was such a poor representative of the company.

I had a great experience with this UPS store. Shipped out aircraft parts and it got damaged during the shipping process unfortunately. Spencer, the owner, went above and beyond to get the refund thru insurance and dealing with the less than responsive parts company. Great communication and customer service I have not seen elsewhere. Thanks again
