if you sign up for their app/site, yes. last year i got $20 in free play for spending $20. also they send you offers throughout the year like this when you sign up.

They will give you a free desert if you are registered with them but that's it
If you have a registered card I'm pretty sure they send you a free dessert on your birthday other than that they rake you over the coals!
