I organized a company party for 160 people. I would be lying if I said I was pleased with how everything turned out. During the planning process, Jenn informed me about the construction at the Omaha location. There was some question about whether they could accommodate a party of our size. Ultimately, unless I misunderstood her, she said that they would be able to do it. The only condition is that we would probably need to have our people eat in waves. Well, we showed up At the start of the party and they had a room set up for us with 100 seats in it. There were approximately 150 of us. It was a little frustrating when a 3rd of our guests had nowhere to sit. I may have misunderstood Jenn, but I thought she told me if they could not fit our party in the room, there would be overflow seating in the dining room. The manager basically told us we were out of luck when I asked about additional seating. He said he was told we would be arriving in waves. Why on earth would we have a 3-hour party and ask some people to only attend part of it? The PA was broken so we could not make any announcement to our guests. The food and service were sub par. I don't want to say it was bad, but it was not good thats for sure. My overall opinion is that we the we did not get a good value for the price we paid. It was a busy Saturday night, I understand that. But if the location did not have the staff or amenities to accommodate a party of our size, I would have preferred to have been told that as opposed to having the experience that I did

Yes. I bring my son here and he has a blast! Just wish the machines were all working
I just went for the games and spent around $190 for 4 cards. Was able to buy decent stuff with the tickets accumulated.
