Public dining is always a gamble.
It is now listed correctly as a restaurant.
This place is great the food is amazing the service is very social I recommend it to every1 I will definitely stop there again when I in that area
I'm sorry you're not getting told right on Google but when I Google Penny's Diner in Missouri Valley it comes up Penny's Diner and a wonderful place to eat
