For the last 4 visits or the last 3 months when we order via the drive thru this location has sent us around to wait 15 minutes on average to get our food from here along with 3-6 other cars, it's a cluster! Anyone else experience this?

No. But if line is long at drive thru, I go inside. They wait on drive thru first. One time I used my entire hour lunch time waiting in line inside

Yes, I've had to wait several times. I think it's happening more frequently. I guess if we want to eat their food, what else can we do? I too was forgotten one time. In fact they gave mine to a car who ordered online and drove up to pick it up. That time it was over 40 minutes.

Yes. One example: asked for orange chicken, said they needed to make more, about 8 minutes. Didn't really want to to wait so ordered something else. Got to the window and they asked me to pull around to the front. Sat there for 15 minutes before someone came out and they said they ran out of chow mein and had to wait for that. Got a free entree coupon for it. Went back to use coupon and same thing happened again but no coupon for the wait.

I've never had to wait more than a few minutes at the drive thru and have never been asked to pull around..

I've been experiencing this too...my sister also, she actually sat outside waiting on her order for 25 mins and finally went in only to find that they forgot about hers. She was given a free entree coupon but she was still very irritated.
