Yeah that is the only problem. When you call I think it#3 to talk to the doctor and sometimes it depends on who's sitting at the desk because the same person who answers the phone also checks you out and takes your payments and you get that one girl who can't do two things at one time. I just go up there and make my appointment's. Or get my paperwork. They have 3 maybe 4 doctors in that office and they count on those girls to help them also so people be understanding
They are a very busy office. Might be on other line or helping a anther patient. Best time to call 1st thing in morning or late afternoon. Or you could just go down to the office if you to.
