I am brand new to the area . I called and left a message and I got a return phone call within four hours l. The office staff was very nice very helpful and the doctors here are wonderful !! I highly recommend them. They are all very professional. I appreciate that they took their time with you to dot their i’s and cross their t’s and yet they were still pretty close to being on time very efficient.

Dr Gray is my sister’s doctor. He is great. However, the office staff leaves something to be desired. When calling, you can’t speak to anyone. You leave a message and might get a call back three days later. People call their doctors office because something is wrong. They are either sick or in pain. Making them wait three days for a callback is unacceptable. Even the worst doctors in Vero have a quicker callback time or let you speak to a live person to make an appointment for that day. They should truly be ashamed of themselves for running a doctors office so poorly. For someone that is not affiliated with the hospital, they sure cause a lot of people to go there since they can’t get anyone on the phone.
