I really don't know how to rate this mobile home park because I don't live there , neither do I sell any homes there so it's hard my three stars are based on cleanliness, quite and near to I 95

Yes up to 40 lbs

Are you allowed to put up a small area fence behind your property? I have a service dog and a small dog and they like to lie out on grass with us when we are out there and I don't want to have to put them on leads

There a lot of dogs all seem nice just when there over 35 pounds they need to be a service dog .ok place just hard to make friends here dont no way .

on zillow i see homes for sale and it says 45 is the age restriction but on your web site is says 55....I am 53 can i be excepted
