It is free. They have several sheltered picnic areas on a first come first serve. They also have a nice kids play area.
If you want to reserved an area you'll have to call them or go to their website since prices can change. But if it is not reserved then its first come first serve, free.
No cost that we know of. We just got their early and picked an area. They do have reserved areas as well and you have to call Brevard Parks and recreation to do that and I'm not sure of the fee if any.
