There aren't really any seats..there are sometimes tables and chairs up in the very top but other than that, standing room only. So reserved seating must mean buying a ticket before the show and you have a guaranteed spot in the crowd...
I've never seen seats at that venue. I suppose it could depend on the show but, as far as I know, there is no reserved seating.
If they do have reserved seating my guess is that it's at a table in upper portion. But in my experience there's not many reserved.
