Happy Hour goes from 2:30pm-5:00pm on weekdays. All plates are $2.50, except for the orange, which are still their normal $1.95.

Per their most recent advert: Everyday Special 11am - 5pm and all day Sunday all items on the conveyor belt are 2.50
A September 2017 article in the Bend Bulletin newspaper says the happy hour is from 2-5 PM when all plates are $2.50 each, regardless of color.
