Yes, but know that its not an actual park so there isnt that much grass. Its a whirligig park so its mostly paved.

Went today. Took the dog was very nice. It did have doggy bags for pickup.
As most folks have said, it shouldn't be a problem. As for grass, unless the final phase of construction had changed things drastically there should be plenty of grassy areas.
