No call backs really. Barely takes the patient claims serious as far as health.

I've been very happy with the care and advice provided by Dr. Jacob. She takes time and listens, and is very thoughtful with her responses. I've never had a long wait to be seen. She is primary care for both my 81 year old mother as well as myself. We are both pleased with the service we've received.

I think that dr Jacobs is a fantastic dr she answered all of my questions and seems to be very helpful in so many ways I am so glad that she took me as a patient and the receptionist was a great help

It all depends on rather u have Medicare or Medicare and if so ur co pay may be 3.00 dollars or any other healthcare insurance
