He is absolutely wonderful. He is very thorough and very patient. You can tell that he really cares and will be open and honest. He doesn't try to rush through things like some doctors do. I highly recommend.

Sadly every appointment I have had here has been a disaster. Dr. Aldridge is the only good thing in this office. The last appointment I had was to pick up my glasses and the refund due me. I received a text stating I could not get progressive lens in my frames. I told them to do the line bifocals. The young lady texted me and stated I would not owe any more money when I came in. She said my cost was $71.00 and they owed me $87.00 refund. Well imagine my surprise when I was told my refund was only $23.00. I was told after running the numbers that was the refund. How was the balance due on the initial order $316.00 that was was immediately ask for or 1/2 the balance. I paid half the balance. Now if someone texted an amount it should be correct.

I took my 3 year old daughter to her very first appointment yesterday. Every single staff member we came in contact with was absolutely wonderful. They each spoke to not only myself, but my daughter and acknowledged her. They encouraged her and rewarded her with stickers, lollipops, and even a coloring book while we waited. They were very patient with us as and I could not be happier with the welcoming, kind service we received. Dr. Aldridge was very professional and kind, he also made me feel very comfortable asking questions. I would 100% recommend this office to anyone, especially with young children.

Yes, I am sure that you can.
If you are a regular patient and it is an emergency, they will normally work you in.
At the moment, they do not. You can make an appt by calling them or seeing them in person
